    As a thank-you to our supporters, AERA hosts exclusive members-only events.

  • Private Events

    Celebrating a colleague, friend, or family member? Host your special occasion at AERA and enjoy a seamless experience. Reserve an event space for two hours with tailored packages and add-ons, or elevate your gathering with a full club rental, which includes closure of the premises, an event planner, and a dedicated onsite staff member.

OnSite Party Packages

Members

  • VIP Full Club Reservation: $250, Available times - Friday to Sunday from 5:00-7:00 pm. (Planning, set-up, and clean-up included)

  • 2-Hour Event Space Reservation: $50 (*This base fee does not include AERA staff support)

    • Add Ons: $10 for decorations, $10 lawn game rentals, $15 per additional hour

  • 2-Hour Staffed Event Space Reservation: $150 (Planning, access to basic decorations, lawn game usage, set-up and clean up included.)

    $15 per additional Hour

    *Must be an AERA Member to make this party reservation package. The party packages above are for 1-50 kids. Requests to safely accommodate more than 50 kids require additional staff at an additional rate of $10 per hour, for every 10 additional kids.

Non-Members

VIP Full Club Reservation: $300, Available Times - Friday-Sunday from 5:00-7:00 pm. (Planning, set-up, and clean up included)

  • 2-Hour Event Space Reservation - $75 (*This base fee does not include AERA staff support)

    • Add Ons - $10 for decorations, $10 lawn game rentals, $10 per additional hour

  • 2-Hour Staffed Event Space Reservation - $200 (Planning, access to basic decorations, lawn game usage, set-up, and clean up included.)

    $20 per additional hour

Add-Ons

  • Popcorn or Snow Cones: $15 (1-25 people), $25 (25-50 people)

  • Karaoke Machine or Projector and Screen Rental: $5 per hour

  • Driver to shuttle guests from CAC 1 to AERA: $10 per hour

  • Purchasing supplies from local vendors: $15 service fee, in addition to cost of supplies

Offsite Party Package Add-Ons

Lawn Games: $15 per day or $30 per weekend

Options: Cornhole, Jumbo Jenga, and Lawn Yahtzee

Offsite Projector and Screen Rental: $10 (1-3hrs), ($20 3-6 hrs)

Event Staff, Servers, and Bartenders: $25 AERA service Fee + $10 per hour per bartender, $5 per hour per support staff. Purchasing supplies from local vendors $10 service fee, in addition to cost of supplies.
