School Bus Registration

AERA is proud to support Embassy families by offering safe and reliable busing services for children in grades PK–12 attending Lower and Upper IST and The French School. For the 2025–2026 school year, the rate is $4,500 per child. To get started, please review our policies, terms, and conditions, then complete the registration form below. Our transportation team will follow up to confirm registration, arrange payment, and provide your child’s bus schedule and details.

Financial Commitment*

By clicking submit below, I hereby enroll my child/children in school bus transportation service provided by the American Embassy Recreation Association - AERA (or American Club) for the Academic year beginning in August 2025 and ending in June or July of 2026. I also confirm and authorize the Financial Office of the US Embassy at my respective office or department to issue payment on my behalf from my transportation allowance, amounting to Four Thousand and Five Hundred US Dollars ($4,500.00) to cover the cost for each child, from August 2025 to June or July 2026. If not eligible for transport allowance, I will personally pay the transport fee in full.

After school activities SIGN-UP form

The USG pays for one round trip service per school day between school and home (DSSR 277). This funding covers services afforded to children free of charge in the U.S.

AERA additionally provides complimentary shuttle services home from After-School Activities (ASA). Eligible activities must conclude before 4:00 p.m. (M-F). Please submit a separate form for each child for each ASA session.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Members

VIP Full Club Reservation: $250, Available times- Friday to Sunday from 5:00-7:00 pm. (Planning, set-up, and clean up included)
2 Hour Event Space Reservation: $50 (*This base fee does not include AERA staff support)
- Add Ons: $10 for decorations, $10 lawn game rentals, $15 per additional hour
2-Hour Staffed Event Space Reservation: $150 (Planning, access to basic decorations, lawn game usage, set-up, and clean up included.)
$15 per additional Hour
**Must be an AERA Member to make this party reservation package. The party packages above are for 1-50 children. Requests to safely accommodate more than 50 children require additional staff at an additional rate of $10 per hour, for every 10 additional kids.

Non-Members
